Apple has published a new job posting on LinkedIn . The company is looking for software engineers to help create “next-generation media applications for Windows” . For now, Windows 10 users have to use web versions of services like Apple TV + and Apple Music, which is not very useful.
Judging by the job posting positions, Apple can offer three separate Windows applications, just like macOS Catalina does. The company says that the UWP (Universal Windows Platform) experience for candidates would be a big plus. This shows that Apple plans to move applications to Xbox One and other Microsoft devices.
