Huawei Mate 30 can upset you with the screen notch!

With the introduction of Apple’s iPhone 11 models Huawei and Google ‘eyes were turned. In addition to the Google Pixel 4 series, the details about the Huawei Mate 30 , which has been on the agenda for a long time, are added every day.

Due to licensing problems after the US-China commercial war, the front panel and screen protector of the Huawei Mate 30 , which will not be installed with Google apps, was leaked. Thus, the screen notch was exposed.

When we look at the images shared on Weibo, we see that the Mate 30’s screen notch is smaller than that of the Mate 30 Pro. However, when compared to the Mate 20, which was introduced last year, it has a very big notch.

The size of the screen notch is not yet clear. Some sources claim that there will be a dual camera in the front, while others say that the components required for advanced face detection are placed in that section.

Huawei’s new flagships Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro will be officially introduced on September 19 . Within this scope, the devices that will remain official for a short period of time will receive power from the Kirin 990 processor.

Produced by TSMC with a 7 nm + fabrication process, the Kirin 990 is an eight-core processor running at 2.86 GHz . On the graphics side, the 16-core Mali G76 GPU runs at 700 MHz.
